About the role
As a Customer Services professional at EVO LOGISTICS PTE LTD', you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support and contributing to the overall success of the company. This full-time position is based in the Hougang North-East Region and offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic call centre environment.
What you'll be doing
Responding promptly and courteously to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and other communication channels Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction Providing accurate information about the company's services, products, and policies Documenting and updating customer records in the company's systems Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve customer service skillsWhat we're looking for
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software Demonstrated experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry A keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment A customer-centric mindset and a genuine desire to provide exceptional serviceWhat we offer
