Investment and Financing Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Proactively source and manage relationships with top crypto funds, founders and management teams.
- Identify new Web3 investment and financing opportunities and actively liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead team to execute detailed research and analysis, including market research, competitive analysis, metrics analysis and financial analysis.
- Lead preparation of investment and financing documents, including pitch decks and investment memos.
- Oversee preparation of legal and investment agreements to ensure successful closing of opportunities.
- Monitor performance of portfolio companies and provide post-investment support.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in investment advisory, venture capital, management consulting, or other related fields, including at least 2 years of experience in Web3 with in-depth understanding of industry trends, themes and tokenomics etc.
- Strong track record in managing a transaction process, including sourcing, due diligence, valuation, structuring and negotiations, preferably with a L1/L2, DeFi or infrastructure focus.
- Demonstrated analytical skills, excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Native in English. Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin is an added advantage.
