About Us

Sowers Ark designs and delivers strengths-based, experiential learning programmes for primary and secondary school students. Our focus is on building soft skills, leadership, and character through mentoring, strengths profiling tools, and engaging activities that inspire students to discover and own their potential.

Role Overview

We are looking for passionate and dynamic Freelance Facilitators to deliver enrichment programmes in schools. You will guide students through experiential activities, discussions, and reflections that foster learning and growth. As a facilitator, your role is not just to run activities, but to create meaningful learning experiences through effective debriefing and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate soft skills, mentoring, and leadership programmes for primary/secondary students.
• Deliver engaging experiential activities with energy and clarity.
• Guide students to understand and apply strengths profiling insights.
• Create a safe, inclusive space for learning and reflection.
• Lead debriefs linking activities to real-life skills, values, and leadership.

Requirements

• MOE-registered Instructor (mandatory).
• At least 2 years experience facilitating youth programmes (primary or secondary school level).
• Skilled in experiential facilitation and conducting impactful debriefs.
• Familiarity with profiling tools such as DISC and VIA is an advantage.
• Positive, adaptable, and reliable; able to work freelance/on-demand.
