We are looking for a responsible and experienced Prime Mover Driver to join our transportation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting containers safely and efficiently between ports, warehouses, and customers' locations, while ensuring compliance with all safety and company regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate the prime mover to transport containers between port terminals, yards, and customer sites.
  • Ensure cargo is properly secured and safely delivered according to schedule.
  • Conduct daily vehicle inspection and report any faults, damage, or maintenance issues promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of the assigned vehicle.
  • Follow company safety policies and traffic regulations at all times.
  • Assist with container documentation, gate passes, and relevant paperwork as required.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for job assignments and scheduling.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or operations manager.
Job Requirements
  • Possess a valid Singapore Class 4 or 5 driving licence .
  • Minimum 1 years of experience operating a prime mover (container haulage experience preferred).
  • Good knowledge of port operations and Singapore road routes.
  • Physically fit and able to work in outdoor environments.
  • Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious.
  • Willing to work overtime, weekends, or shifts when required.
  • Able to communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members.
