Office cleaner cum tealady

We are looking for a responsible and reliable individual to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the office environment and provide refreshments (tea/coffee/water) to staff and guests. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, efficient, and capable of working with minimal supervision.

Cleaning Duties:

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors daily.
• Dust and wipe all surfaces, desks, tables, and office furniture.
• Clean windows, doors, and glass partitions.
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as reception, meeting rooms, pantry, and corridors.
• Sanitize washrooms regularly and ensure they are stocked with toilet paper, soap, and other supplies.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.

Tea & Pantry Duties:

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other refreshments to staff and visitors.
• Ensure the pantry/kitchen area is clean and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
• Wash dishes and utensils after use.
• Monitor and report pantry inventory needs to the Admin/Office Manager.

Other Duties:

• Assist with simple clerical tasks or errands, if required.
• Maintain a neat and tidy appearance and behave professionally.
• Cleaning of Co-Living units around Singapore.

• Proven experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Friendly and polite demeanor.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks.
