We're Hiring – Counter Admin Assistant (Motorcycle Industry)

Looking for someone friendly, responsible & ready to join a fast-paced, bike-loving team

Working Hours: 9am – 6pm (Mon–Sat)

1 Weekday Off (Weekend work is a must)

Salary: $2,000 – $2,200

1 Hour Lunch Break

Job Scope:

  • Help with payment collection (NETS & cash)
  • Use Excel to check hirer records & send reminders
  • Renew insurance & road tax
  • Do some data entry with our in-house system
  • Assist with LTA motorcycle registrations
  • Handle walk-in enquiries (installments, renewals, etc.)

What We're Looking For:

  • Can use basic Excel
  • Good with people – this is a counter role
  • Related admin or motor industry experience = bonus
  • Must be okay with working weekends
