Communication of Technical Risks
Risk Identification Identify potential technical risks throughout the project
lifecycle, from development to deployment.
Stakeholder Communication Effectively communicate technical risks and
their potential impact to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and informed
decision-making.
Technical Guidance and Leadership
Leaership Provide strong technical leadership to the development team,
fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Mentorship Mentor and guide engineers, helping them to develop their
skills and ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
Risk Mitigation and Scope Management
Risk Mitigation Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified

Scope Management Manage project scope, ensuring that technical
