We are working closely with the top leadership of leading Main Contractor renowned for delivering some of Singapore's most complex infrastructure and building projects. With their expanding project portfolio, they are now looking for an experienced Civil & Structural Engineer/Coordinator to strengthen their project delivery teams on ongoing LTA/MRT works.

Position: Senior C&S Engineer/ Coordinator  

Company Type: Prominent Main Contractor 

Project Types: LTA/MRT infrastructure projects 

Location:Project Site Office

Eligibility:Must be Singapore Permanent Resident

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary: Upto SG$ 9,000 per Month (Negotiable) 13 Months Guaranteed, upto 2.5 months of Performance Bonus

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise and coordinate civil and structural activities for roadworks, tunnels, and associated infrastructure.
  • Review drawings, shop drawings, and method statements to ensure alignment with LTA standards and project specifications.
  • Monitor construction progress, safety, and quality targets to ensure timely delivery.
  • Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and authorities to resolve technical and coordination issues.
  • Assist in planning/sequencing works to minimize disruption and integrate smoothly with other trades.
  • Support inspections, testing, and approvals by consultants and authorities.
  • Maintain proper site documentation including reports, permits, and as-built records.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's in civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Atleast 8 years' experience in C&S coordination, with strong hands-on exposure to LTA/MRT roadworks and Infrastructure projects.
  • Solid knowledge of civil, structural, and underground construction methods.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
