Work you'll do:

As part of our Finance & Enterprise Performance team, you'll act as a trusted advisor to CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and key executives. You'll work in the team to advise, implement and deliver as-a-service solutions, helping our clients develop strategies and capabilities to support enterprise-wide decision-making, improve finance operations, and create impact within their organization. You'll support large scale financial transformations by leveraging cutting edge technology and be able to take your career to the next level

You'll work with C-Level Executives of Asian conglomerates, multinational companies, and in the public sector - combining our finance capability with program and change management expertise to implement and embed improvements and deliver sustainable value. You'll:

· Assessing restructuring operating models, organizational structures, and business processes to streamline the finance function service delivery.

· Lead and manage digital transformation projects across various industries, ensuring successful implementation of RPA, OCR, and ERP solutions.

· Collaborate with clients to identify their needs and develop tailored strategies that drive business performance.

· Serve as a solution architect, leveraging expertise in tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, ABBYY, and ERP systems (D365, ServiceNow, SAP).

· Conduct training and development sessions for clients and internal teams on automation tools and best practices.

· Perform data analysis and reporting using tools like Power BI to provide insights and support decision-making.

· Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project objectives.

· Support finance digital transformation consulting efforts, particularly with Japanese clients, to navigate the complexities of local markets.

· Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

· Assist in proposal development, as requested.

What we are looking for

If you are someone with:

· Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business, or a related field; Master's degree in International Business preferred.

· Minimum of 6 years of consulting experience in digital transformation or related fields, Japanese client collaboration experience is highly desirable.

· Intermediate proficiency in Japanese is a plus.

· Proven experience as a project manager and solution architect, with a track record of successful implementations.

· Proficiency in RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, BizRobo), OCR tools (ABBYY), and ERP systems (D365, ServiceNow, SAP).

· Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization and reporting

· Professional certifications in relevant tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, BizRobo) are highly desirable.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

· Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives.

· Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience.

· Drive, tenacity, client focused and results oriented.

· An appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel (both locally and abroad) is a pre-requisite to fit to our short-term and long-term project assignment.

· Willingness to work outside of office base.
