**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the dining area - includes setting up the dining room before service, ensuring everything is clean and well presented, and that all tables are properly set.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining an engaging and attentive interaction.
- Monitor the performance of the restaurant staff, provide feedback, and keep the team motivated.
- Handle the staff schedule, training, and any personnel issues.
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to, both in the dining area and in the kitchen.
- Prepare ingredients for cooking and cook dishes according to the recipes.
- Ensure that the kitchen is kept clean and organized, and that all cooking utensils and equipment are properly cleaned and maintained.
- Monitor the quality of the food being served to ensure it meets the outlet's standards.
