Stay updated on energy regulations and rebates to maximize efficiency and compliance.Vendor Management: Engage and manage relationships with service providers, contractors, and suppliers for technical maintenance and repairs. Ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to quality standards.Technical Assessments and Audits: Conduct regular inspections and assessments of properties to identify maintenance needs, potential risks, and compliance with technical standards and regulations. Develop action plans to address identified issues.Budgeting and Cost Management: Assist in the preparation and management of the technical budget, monitoring expenses, and optimizing costs while maintaining quality standards.Technology Integration: Evaluate and implement emerging technologies and systems to enhance property operations, such as building automation, security systems, IoT devices, and energy management software.Compliance and Regulations: Stay updated on local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental requirements. Ensure properties comply with relevant standards and implement necessary remedial actions.Communication and Coordination: Collaborate with property management teams, tenants, and other stakeholders to address technical issues, provide updates on maintenance projects, and ensure timely resolution of concerns.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property maintenance activities, contracts, service agreements, and technical documentation.
