Superintendent, Aftersales

Responsibilities:

• Trouble shooting on technical customers issues.
• Prepare cost estimate and spare parts estimates for service jobs in close collaboration with sales team.
• Negotiation of cost estimates with customers.
• Technical support of Service Engineers attending vessels for service.
• Execution of Service jobs in close collaboration with colleagues and Service Engineers.
• Secure quality of service jobs.
• Secure customer satisfaction of service jobs.
• Secure service jobs and spare parts are invoice correctly and in time.

Requirements:

• Technical bachelor's degree/Marine Engineer or experience from similar job position.
• Experience from similar position, preferably in the Marine business.
• Applicant with hands-on experience for rotation equipment preferred.
• Strong team player who manages to get people working together across functions and locations.
• Experience from maritime aftersales business, with proven track record.
• Strong pro-active mindset.
• Responsible and trustworthy towards customers and colleagues.
• Responsible individual and ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Master English both written and oral on high level.
