Job Description:

·      Assist Chef with preparation of all products.

·      -Prepare dough, proof, bake and finish bakery items

·      -Ensure production hygiene and food safety standard.

·      -Ensure products are of the highest quality.

·      -Ensure that the quality of products displayed are of the company's standards.

Requirements :

·      Willingness to learn

·      Keen interest in bakery related work

· years of kitchen experience

·      Experience with laminated dough preferred.

·      Culinary school/kitchen background preferred

·      WSQ Food Hygiene Certificate (Not necessary but preferred)

·      Able to work in a team and independently

·      Able to work weekends and public holidays

·      Able to start work early (5-7am)
