About the role

We are seeking an experienced Class 4 Delivery Driver to join our team at Tong Garden Food (S) Pte Ltd. As a full-time driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of goods across Singapore. This is a crucial role that supports our company's operations and contributes to the overall success of our business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Safely operate a Class 4 vehicle to deliver goods to customers within scheduled timeframes
  2. Perform daily vehicle checks and maintain the cleanliness and roadworthiness of the delivery van
  3. Liaise with customers and provide excellent customer service
  4. Assist with loading and unloading of goods as required
  5. Adhere to all relevant traffic laws and company policies
  6. Provide timely updates on delivery status and any issues encountered

What we're looking for

  1. Valid Singapore Class 4 driving licence
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience as a delivery driver, preferably in the food or logistics industry
  3. Strong navigational skills and knowledge of Singapore roads
  4. Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Physically fit to perform manual handling tasks
  7. Reliable, punctual and well-organised
