About Us:

We're a newly launched Robatayaki-style Japanese restaurant located in the vibrant Duxton Hill area. Guests enjoy an authentic dining experience with premium ingredients grilled fresh in front of them at our open-concept counter. We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable part-time lkitchen staff to join our growing team


Position: Part-Time Kitchen staff

Location: 10 Duxton Hill, Singapore

Working Hours: 4–6 hour shifts (between 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM)

Schedule: Flexible shifts available (including weekends & public holidays)

Pay Rate: $14/hour


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily kitchen prep, including washing, chopping, and organizing ingredients;
  • Prepare and serve authentic Robatayaki-style cuisine;
  • Ensures cleanliness and maintenance of the kitchen area;
  • Store food in designated containers and storage areas to prevent spoilage;
  • Performs additional tasks assigned by Head Chef to support kitchen operations;
  • Adhere strictly to food hygiene and safety standards;

Requirements

  • Possess a valid Food Safety Course Level 1 certificate;
  • Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment;
  • Responsible, punctual, and a proactive team player;
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays;
  • Prior service experience preferred;
  • Must be eligible to work in Singapore
