Singapore SUN MARINE ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. Full time $80,000 - $120,000 per year
  • Plan, design, and oversee electrical and instrumentation systems for assigned projects.
  • Prepare and review engineering drawings, schematics, cable schedules, and instrument lists.
  • Select appropriate electrical and instrumentation equipment as per technical and project requirements.
  • Supervise site installation, testing, and commissioning of E&I systems.
  • Ensure all works comply with electrical codes, safety regulations, and client specifications.
  • Coordinate with other engineering disciplines (mechanical, structural, control systems) to ensure smooth project integration.
  • Conduct inspection and troubleshooting of electrical and control systems.
  • Prepare technical documents such as method statements, inspection test plans (ITPs), and reports.
  • Liaise with vendors and subcontractors for material supply, testing, and technical clarifications.
  • Support project estimation and proposal preparation by providing technical inputs and cost data.
  • Ensure timely completion of E&I activities within project schedule and budget.
  • Participate in FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests) and SAT (Site Acceptance Tests).

Requirement :

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related Engineering field.
  • Minimum 3–6 years of relevant experience in electrical and instrumentation works, preferably in the marine, oil & gas, or process industry.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, DCS, control panels, and instrumentation calibration.
  • Familiar with international standards (IEC, IEEE, NEC, etc.) and Singapore regulations.
  • Willing to travel or work on-site when required.
