What You'll Be Doing
  • Analyze measurements, tender documents, schedules of rates, and trade preambles.
  • Draft preliminaries, validate cost plans, and review consultants' technical specifications.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, cash flow projections, and cost reports.
  • Implement procurement strategies and conduct pre-qualifications, benchmarking, and negotiations.
  • Manage post-contract processes, including assessing variation claims, final accounts, and contractual risk evaluations.
  • Build up unit rates, monitor profitability, and conduct cost adjustments.
  • Liaise with stakeholders on cost, contractual implications, procurement, and project progress.
  • Support dispute resolution matters when required.

What We're Looking For
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles within the built environment.
  • Proven expertise in budgeting, cost control, and contract administration.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • A team player with excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to communicate effectively across all levels.
