- Contract Duration: 5 months (with possible 1-month extension)
- Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Verify digitised documents against original physical copies.
- Make amendments to digital or physical documents as needed.
- Scan documents and files accurately.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: O-Levels or equivalent.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to perform simple manual tasks, including retrieving files from shelves using short ladders.
- Strict adherence to security protocols; communication devices will be stored in a cabinet during working hours (except lunch).
