Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for the operations of the bell desk
• Welcome and greet guest upon their arrival to the hotel
• Guest luggage handling and delivering in accordance to procedures
• Assist guest in their requests and enquiries

What we need from you

• 1-2 years' relevant experience in a hotel environment.
• Helpful, outgoing, enjoy interacting with guest
• A great team player
• Has good communication skills, problem solving and organisation abilities.
