Business Analyst

This role will be responsible for assisting the Business Risk Management Team in the development and implementation of strategic objectives through various projects. Thereby promoting efficiencies, reducing the risk of loss, and helping ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, laws and regulations. This role will also work with the team to ensure a properly functioning internal control environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance I Can Read custom applications and SaaS services that support I Can Read business goals
• Gather business requirements from regional management and stakeholders
• Manage application rollout projects from initiation to go-live
• Document processes, functionalities and requirements
• Develop test cases and run acceptance test with support of stakeholders
• Conduct training and review user
• Support/troubleshoot issues on custom applications and BI Tools
• Support data migration activities
• Collaborate with technology team members, end users, and other stakeholders (i.e. vendors, third parties) on projects and maintenance
• Work as part of regional IT organization in administering applications and services

Experience and Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Business IT, Information Systems Management or other similar disciplines
• Min 3 years of relevant Business Systems experience
• Experience of AWS services and integrating using them (e.g. Lambda, AWS API gateway, QuickSight) or any other cloud platform will be an advantage
