Duration: 6-7 months

Location: Singapore Botanic Gardens (Gardens by the Bay during show & setup period)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Hourly Rate: $16.00 – $18.00

Responsibilities:

  • Generate group ticket sales and engage communities, corporate, and government organisations via calls and emails.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries.
  • Coordinate group tour schedules and after-sales follow-up.
  • Assist with MarketPlace booth sales and collaborate with vendors for account reconciliation.
  • Support marketing initiatives and event publicity, including roadshows.
  • Undertake ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
