As the Regional Process & Transformation Lead, you will be the driving force behind operational excellence and digital adoption within our local HUB. You will bridge global strategy with regional execution, leading the implementation of next-generation business processes that standardize, digitize, and optimize our operations. Your work will directly impact efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and regional competitiveness.
The role is open to be based in the home country of the successful applicants (Malaysia, Singapore)
How you'll make an Impact:
You will serve as the primary strategic link between the regional HUB and the Global Business Process Owner (GBPO), translating global strategies into detailed, executable regional implementation plans.
You will lead the design, development, and implementation of complex new business processes and digital solutions, ensuring they are standardized, efficient, and tailored to local requirements.
You will champion process excellence by identifying opportunities for standardization and continuous improvement, incorporating industry best practices and operational feedback alongside Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
You will drive cross-functional process harmonization and digitization, establishing governance mechanisms to ensure compliance, accountability, and the successful integration of processes across the organization.
You will act as the change champion, promoting process adoption through targeted training and communication initiatives in collaboration with HR and training teams for smooth transitions, ensure performance and cost-effectiveness by monitoring process adoption with data-driven insights and partnering with regional leadership to align improvement initiatives with budgetary goals.
You will document and maintain standardized methodologies and best practices to support ongoing process maturity and sustainable improvements.
You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines, living our core values of safety and integrity.

Your Background
Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
Possess significant experience more than 5years preferred in business process management (BPM), particularly integrating, digitizing, and transforming processes within a regional or global environment.
Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), preferably within the energy, technology, or industrial sectors.
Demonstrated experience in process standardization and digital transformation projects (highly preferred).
Possess Lean Six Sigma certification with relevant experience in a service operations or shared service environment (highly desired). Demonstrate exceptional project management, analytical, and communication skills with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
Proficient in English communication and be willing to travel as needed to support critical regional initiatives.
