Responsibilities
- Retrieve and review documents to input the relevant details into mandatory fields in the collection management system
- Assist colleagues in research relevant to the artefacts/artworks which may include but not limited to past acquisition related documents
- Ensure collection data is accurately maintained and updated in the collections management system
- Any other ad-hoc duties and projects assigned
Requirements
- Meticulous and confident individual with good analytical and writing skills.
- Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Possess initiative and positive work attitude, ability to multi-task with good time management and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
