Since its establishment in 1993, LS 2 Services Pte Ltd has developed an extensive track record as Singapore's leading Cleaning and Conservancy Company. Over the years, LS 2 has attained a growing workforce of 1,900 workers and is actively involved in government and private projects. We specialise in commercial cleaning, conservancy cleaning services, external facade cleaning and waste collection.
Join us as a Business Development Manager at LS 2 Services Pte Ltd with this exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic SME environment and join in the evolution of transforming the Environmental Services Industry. As a Business Development Manager, you are responsible for generating sales and driving revenue – through acquiring and developing business leads, managing key accounts, marketing, and sales of Environmental / IFM Services including performing market research, prospecting, developing relationships with customers and meeting sales targets.
Key Role Responsibilities
Drive Business Development Operations
- Attending to Tender site show round, preparing sales quotation/proposal and pitch presentation to potential clients
- Review tender opportunities via various media and portals
- Meet and exceed sales revenue targets
- Maximise and deliver gross margins
- Collaborate with key account managers to identify new businesses and grow relationships that assist in revenue generation
- Managing client budget negotiations and supplier cost-savings efforts
- Provide leadership in developing and delivering competitive win strategies through RFPs and Bids.
- Proactively identify trends in the Environmental Services and IFM sectors, and possible opportunities or risks
Drive Customer Service Operations
- Review customer needs to enhance offerings and competitiveness
- Ensure successful sales retention through relationship development and maintenance with the Clients and addressing enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Work with key account managers and company trainer to ensure that customer service levels meet or exceed company standards and in accordance with contractual requirements.
- Drive customer attraction and retention strategies to improve customer loyalty
Drive Business Administration Operations
- Prepare budget forecast and monthly sales/tender reports
- Provide quotations for any ad-hoc requests and ad-hoc duties
- Participate and present in monthly General Management Meeting for business development and operational excellence.
- Working closely with other departments including, Operations, Human Resource, Accounts, and Procurement during the tender and/or mobilisation process.
Requirements:
- A strong sense of mission to join in the evolution of transforming the Environmental Services Industry
- Previous experience in a Sales role is essential
- Proven record of revenue growth and profit achievement in an account management role
- Ability to maintain existing business and identify opportunities for further growth
- Ability to effectively deal with management both internally and externally
- Well organised with attention given to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good presentation skills and negotiation skills
- Team player, passionate and self-motivated and a results-driven approach
