[What the role is]You will be instrumental in shaping the employee experience by managing industrial relations, developing HR policies, and overseeing our performance and rewards frameworks.This role is for someone who is a great team player, proactive, and passionate about creating a fair and engaging workplace.[What you will be working on]ResponsibilitiesPerformance Management: Administer the performance review cycle, provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters, and ensure a fair and effective process.Compensation & Rewards: Support the design and implementation of the rewards strategy, manage compensation and benefits programs, and conduct market benchmarking.Policy Development: Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures that align with business goals and legal requirements.Industrial Relations: Handle industrial relations matters, including managing union relationships, leading negotiations, and ensuring compliance with IM.[What we are looking for]RequirementsExperience: Proven experience (>5 years) in HR, with a strong focus on industrial relations and policy management.Knowledge: Deep understanding of local labor laws and regulations.Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.Education: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
