Our Aftersales team is seeking a Service Consultant to join our team in Singapore. In this position you will collaborate with a dynamic, diverse team to deliver exceptional service and repairs bringing your expertise and passion for quality to drive your career forward.

What you'll do

  • Ensure speedy maintenance and repair through clear identification of customer's needs and accurate repair order preparation
  • Ensure vehicle cleanliness through the proper use of vehicle protection materials (seat covers, floor mats etc.)
  • Provide clear explanation of work to be carried out and its cost estimates and keep customers informed of progress
  • Monitor the work progress and keep customers informed of changes to cost or completion time
  • Create clear precise invoices that show and itemize all parts, labour and etc. charges.
  • Actively promote the services, promotions, upsell and benefits of the service and parts department to all customers
  • Take all necessary actions to resolve customer complaints in the shortest possible time
  • Ensure all customers' vehicles are cleaned and ready according to the promised completion time
  • Carry out the service delivery to the customer with high emphasis on clear job explanation and associated charges
  • Conduct post-service follow-ups and keep the Service Executive / Service Manager informed of feedback that requires further follow-up or service recovery
  • Undertake ad-hoc initiative assigned

About you

  • Preferably NITEC in Automotive or relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in automotive industry.
  • Proficient with MS Office Tools & comfortable with learning and using new systems.
  • Customer-oriented, positive learning mindset and sales driven.
  • Possess good customer service skills, conflict management skills, communication skills
