Job Responsibilities:

  1. Group Consolidation & Statutory Reporting

  2. Manage the monthly group consolidation process including intercompany reconciliations, eliminations, foreign currency translation adjustments, and journal entries.

  3. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS (or local GAAP where applicable).
  4. Collaborate with finance teams across all entities to ensure accurate and timely submission of financial data.

  5. Support external auditors during year-end audits, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

  6. Analytical Review & Performance Insights

  7. Conduct variance and trend analyses on consolidated financial performance, highlighting risks, opportunities, and business drivers.

  8. Deliver detailed entity-level performance reports and KPIs for senior management.

  9. Provide insight into working capital trends, profitability analysis, and cash flow forecasting at the Group level.

  10. Management & Ad Hoc Reporting

  11. Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for board meetings and executive reviews.

  12. Handle ad hoc financial data requests for projects, acquisitions, system implementations, and internal assessments.
  13. Liaise directly with the Holding Company to respond to ad hoc reporting queries and information requests.

  14. Support the finance team in developing strategic business plans and financial models.

  15. Process Improvement & Compliance

  16. Ensure adherence to internal controls over financial reporting (JSOX) and regulatory compliance.

  17. Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance consolidation efficiency and reporting accuracy.
  18. Contribute to Consolidation system enhancements and workflow automation.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
  • CPA/ACCA/CA qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in group consolidation and reporting
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS or equivalent accounting standards.

  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with consolidation tools is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of consolidation principles, accounting standards, and reporting requirements.

  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights.
  • Skilled at coordinating with holding companies, auditors, and entity finance teams.
