QC Specialist

Location: Jurong East MRT (Near MRT)

Schedule: 5 days per week, rotating shift (day & night), Up to 44 hours per week (Can opt for permanent night shift)

Salary: Up to $4.5k gross + AWS + VB

Join our pioneer warehouse team and ensure the highest standards of product quality and food safety for all deliveries.

• Inspect incoming and outgoing fresh produce for quality, freshness, and compliance with company standards.
• Perform routine sampling and testing to ensure product integrity.
• Identify, report, and quarantine damaged or substandard items.
• Maintain accurate quality control records and logs for internal and regulatory purposes.
• Collaborate closely with warehouse, procurement, and logistics teams to address product quality issues promptly.
• Enforce hygiene and food safety protocols within the warehouse.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives to reduce spoilage and improve product handling standards.

• Prior experience in quality control, warehouse inspection, or fresh produce handling.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and cold chain practices.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented warehouse setting.
• Physically fit to inspect and handle products in a temperature-controlled environment.
