  • Manage the commercial & contractual terms of construction projects from tender to post contract including preparation of tenders, review contract documents, quantities take-off, variation orders, cost estimates, monthly claims, and final accounts
  • Work closely with Project Manager and Contracts Manager in preparing monthly project costings
  • Duties: Tendering, procurement, contract administration, final account, project coordination
  • Other duties assigned by the management from time to time

Requirements:

  • 2 - 3 years' experience in working with Main Contractor/Builder
  • Degree or Diploma In Building / Construction / Quantity Surveying
  • Ability to coordinate with site personnel, sub-contractors, consultants & clients
  • Computer literate (Excel, Microsoft Word, AutoCAD, Emails)
  • Able to speak English & Chinese language

Additional Information:

  • Salary: S$ 3, S$ 3, depending on experience and qualifications)
  • Position will be Office Based at Sin Ming Lane Office (Midview City)
