Job Title: Team Lead of Curriculum Development and Teaching Management

Who we are:

We are looking for a Team Lead of Curriculum Development and Teaching Management who has solid Singapore ' s education curriculum to join our dynamic team to strengthen our product line.

What You Will Do:

Manage and review content for Mathematics ensuring alignment with Singapore ' s MOE curriculum and examinations (N2-K2, AEIS, PSLE);Closely monitor students ' progress through regular visits to learning centres;Participate in course product design / management discussions ( e . g . curriculum / webinars / subject activities );Teaching preparation, pre-class preparation, course delivery (inspiring students' interest in learning, cultivating students' learning habits, answering students' questions in time);Feedback on student's learning situation (timely feedback to parents about the student's learning situation, summarizing learning issues and proposing study suggestions); Other office management and ad-hoc responsibilities.

How You Can Be Qualified:

Bachelor ' s degree or above;0-3 years of prior teaching/education experience;Extremely passionate about teaching and the education industry . Willing to join an entrepreneurial team and build from the ground - up;Able to work under pressure and is proactive;Excellent verbal and written English and Mandarin communication;Able to quickly adapt to a new environment and posses a growth mindset and eager to learn new things and personal development.
