Roles and Responsibilities:

  • As a Customization Technology Analyst , you will work extensively with the Product customization team, Product R&D team, and QA to develop and deliver custom solutions for clients. The work involves creating detailed design artifacts, development, code reviews, and implementing validation in line with requirement specifications.
  • Software customization : Gather, understand, and define business requirements, re-engineer and map them to technology features; design, develop, and document custom solutions for the technology platform.
  • Skills required include coding in UI and backend customization, shell scripting, Oracle (PL/SQL), JavaScript, JSP, and Java. Good knowledge of SDLC concepts is essential.
  • Finacle customization skills in scripts, MRT, JS, JSP, JRXML are advantageous.
  • Develop artifacts (code, documentation, unit test scripts), conduct reviews, perform unit testing, and document results to prepare the custom solution for delivery.
  • Knowledge of design principles, SDLC, Agile methodology, and at least one programming language. Familiarity with source control tools like Git, Bitbucket, or SVN.
  • Create high and low-level design artifacts, review designs and code, and participate in knowledge management activities to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Apply best practices in build performance, readability, and reusability. Use algorithms to improve productivity and develop efficient code.
  • Guide and mentor a small team of 2-3 members.
  • Finacle implementation/customization skills in scripts, MRT, JS, JSP, JRXML are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Coding skills in UI and backend customization, shell scripting, Oracle (PL/SQL), JS, JSP, and Java. Good understanding of SDLC concepts.
  • Finacle customization skills in scripts, MRT, JS, JSP, JRXML.

Additional Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
