Job description:
Key Responsibilities
You will attend to passengers at arrival claims with mishandled and damaged baggage.
Raise reports of mishandled and damaged bags, in according to the various airline requirements.
Trace mishandled baggage and keep passengers informed of the tracing status
Assist passengers with odd size bags
Answer hotline calls on baggage matters
Key Requirement
Minimum Secondary Education
Comfortable with shift work
Physically fit
Able to read, write and communicate in English
