Summary:
- Industry: Footwear (Apparel & Accessories) / FMCG/ E-Commerce
- Location: East
- Working Hours: 5.5 Days (Mon–Fri 9am–6pm, Alternate Sat 9am–1pm)
- Salary: Up to $4,500 (Gross) + Performance Bonus
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, and inventory activities.
- Oversee a small team of warehouse, delivery, and admin staff to ensure smooth workflow and accuracy.
- Manage order fulfillment for retail, e-commerce, and corporate clients.
- Monitor stock movement and maintain proper inventory records using WMS/SAP or similar systems.
- Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery and order accuracy.
- Enforce workplace safety, housekeeping, and compliance with company SOPs.
- Support warehouse improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Provide hands-on assistance in daily operations when required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations (Retail / FMCG / Logistics) preferred,
- Experience working in in-house brand environments is highly advantageous.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Knowledge in WMS, SAP, or other warehouse management systems.
- Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License preferred.
