About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the sales and marketing team at Royal Organisation, a leading provider of premium travel services. As a Sales and Marketing Consultant, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding the company's customer base within the vibrant Raffles Place Central Region location. This full-time role offers a dynamic, fast-paced work environment and the opportunity to build a rewarding career in the travel industry.

What you'll be doing

  1. Prospecting and generating new sales leads through networking, cold-calling, and other proactive outreach activities
  2. Developing and delivering engaging sales presentations to potential clients
  3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals
  4. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional campaigns
  5. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and new travel products and services
  6. Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a seamless booking experience for clients
  7. Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
