You will progress through four key phases — Foundation, Development, Deployment, and Promotion —Rotating across various departments such as Sales, Marketing, Technical Service and Applications

What You'll Do
  • Participate fully in a structured 2-year development journey, advancing the different phases and learning the roles of different departments.
  • Assist in managing customer relationships, including support for daily order processing and general inquiries.
  • Conduct market research and generate leads through email, phone outreach, social media, and networking.
  • Join product demonstrations and site visits to gain commercial field experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Support sales forecasting, CRM data management, and contract tracking with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Prepare standard quotations and assist in sales proposals and tender processes.
  • Provide regular performance updates and reports to Sales Managers and Business Unit Heads.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, Bioengineering, or related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Someone with an interest in sales or someone ready to embrace a challenge.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel for site visits and field activities.
  • Prior internship or experience in sales, customer service, or healthcare sector preferred.
