IT Auditor

Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Auditor with solid expertise in IT governance, security controls, and regulatory compliance within the financial sector. The role focuses on assessing technology risk frameworks, ensuring compliance with MAS regulations, and evaluating systems such as Basel applications, MAS Electronic Payment System (MEPS+), and SWIFT environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Basel-related system reviews to ensure regulatory and industry compliance.
• Lead independent reviews of MEPS+ security compliance, including control assessments and risk mitigation recommendations.
• Perform SWIFT Customer Security Controls Framework (CSCF) assessments and identify gaps for remediation.
• Assess IT environments against MAS TRM Notice, TRM Guide, and Cyber Hygiene requirements.
• Prepare clear audit reports, document findings, and present recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-10 years of IT audit experience in financial services or IT risk/compliance consulting.
• Hands-on experience with Basel reviews, MEPS+ security compliance, and SWIFT CSCF assessments.
• Excellent knowledge of MAS Cyber Hygiene, TRM Notice, and TRM Guide.
• Good analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Certifications such as CISA or CISSP would be good to have.
• Excellent attention to detail, integrity, and ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
