Roles & Responsibilities

  • Tracks, traces, and updates the status of outgoing shipments.
  • Collaborates and communicates with transport lead, fulfillment lead, and others involved in the shipment of products.
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact person to manage pickup activity for all platforms.
  • Prepare and review loading of shipment; provide daily shipping reports.
  • Other duties and responsibilities related to the outbound activity may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or higher in related field.
  • At least 1 years' direct experience in logistics and dispatch operations in warehouse
  • Strong knowledge in warehouse and operations management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired.
  • Committed to learning and expanding professional and technical knowledge.
  • Effective communication with customers and colleagues over the phone and in written transactions.
  • Good people management skills.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Assertive, result-oriented, service-minded and honest.
  • Can do attitude.
