Here at Mighty Bear Games we are reimagining gaming and building the next generation of accessible, multi-platform, genre-defining web3 experiences. We are a leading Singapore-based studio with a global footprint and a team of experienced founders coming from King, Ubisoft, Lucasarts, EA, Gameloft and Disney.

We are looking for an Intermediate to Senior AI Engineer with a strong background in building infrastructure services, backend development, and load management. As part of our team, you will design and develop innovative AI systems that enhance our players' experiences, bringing your creative ideas to life while ensuring technical scalability and efficiency.

To bring these AIs to millions of users, you'll tackle the challenge of achieving technical scalability while managing costs effectively. This means optimizing your solutions so they're not just fun, but also efficient and accessible to a large audience.

You'll collaborate with a passionate team that's just as excited about gaming and technology as you are. Together, you'll push the boundaries of what's possible in gaming, creating experiences that leave a lasting impression on our players.

What We're Looking For:

Technical Skills:

  • Expert-level Python programming
  • Experience with and proficienct in typescript.
  • Deep knowledge of LLM concepts (RAG, memory, embeddings, vector databases)
  • Experience with advanced embedding and retrieval techniques (late chunking, ColBERT, etc.)
  • Proficiency in prompt engineering and fine-tuning language models
  • Familiarity with NLP frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
  • Experience with building scalable backend systems and infrastructure services, including various optimizations (tokenization methods, maximizing context window, etc.)
  • Knowledge of load management and performance optimization
  • Experience with AWS cloud services including Lambda for serverless computing, S3 for object storage, DynamoDB/PostGres database management, and AWS CDK for infrastructure as code deployment
  • Experience with AI workflow orchestration tools (LangGraph, Dify, etc.)
  • Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms for rapid prototyping

  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Passion for gaming and technology
  • Interest in crypto or meme coins is a plus
