About the role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clinic Assistant to join us. As a Clinic Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative and clinical support to our medical specialists, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our medical clinic. This is a full-time position: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 1pm.
What you'll be doing
- Welcoming and greeting patients, and ensuring a positive patient experience
- Scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and maintaining accurate documentation
- Assisting medical specialists with patient examinations and procedures as needed
- Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring they are clean, stocked, and well-maintained
- Performing basic administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and inventory management
- Providing exceptional customer service and responding to patient inquiries and concerns
- Adhering to all relevant medical and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with regulations
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Clinic Assistant or in a similar healthcare administrative role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients and medical professionals effectively
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
- Proficiency in using medical software and technology, such as Plato electronic medical records
- A caring and empathetic attitude, with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care
