Together, we're shaping the future by enabling customers to make pivotal decisions that safeguard communities and power progress.We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Manager to lead our Verification, Validation, and Qualification (VVQ) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all VVQ activities to ensure that products and systems comply with functional, quality, and regulatory requirements. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, technical expertise, and effective coordination across multiple engineering disciplines.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the VVQ team responsible for planning, executing, and delivering verification, validation and qualification activities.
- Develop VVQ strategies, methodologies, and plans in line with project requirements and organisational standards.
- Coordinate with technical teams such as design, development, quality assurance, and product management to ensure seamless VVQ processes.
- Oversee resource allocation, workload balancing, and team performance evaluation.
- Ensure VVQ processes adhere to applicable industry standards, certification requirements and regulatory guidelines.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with VVQ activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance VVQ processes and tools.
- Prepare and present detailed VVQ reports and status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Promote a positive and collaborative team environment fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Support recruitment, training, and mentoring of team members.
- Ensure thorough documentation and traceability of all VVQ activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in verification, validation, and qualification roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory position.
- Strong knowledge of VVQ methodologies, tools, and industry standards relevant to the domain.
- Experience in conducting/leading VVQ activities in large-scale projects from integration test to user acceptance test.
- Experience in large-system integration projects with external systems.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with project and resource management tools.
- Experience in large-scale projects with the government agencies, airports, etc.
Desirable:
- Familiarity with agile development processes and automated VVQ toolchains.
- Relevant certifications in quality management or project management.
