Position: Program Manager – Aviation (Bachelor & Master Programmes)
Location: International School
Salary: USD $3000–$3500 (Based on experience)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Program Manager to lead and manage our Aviation Bachelor and Master degree programmes. The successful candidate will oversee academic planning, programme quality, regulatory compliance, and operational effectiveness within the Aviation department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, delivery, and evaluation of undergraduate and postgraduate aviation programmes.
- Ensure all programmes comply with accreditation, regulatory, and institutional standards.
- Lead academic scheduling, curriculum planning, and programme development.
- Coordinate with lecturers, industry partners, and external stakeholders.
- Monitor student progress and support academic performance initiatives.
- Manage operational matters including budgeting, reporting, and resource planning.
- Support continuous improvement to maintain global aviation industry relevance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Aviation Management, Aerospace, Aeronautical Engineering, or related field (Master's Degree preferred)
- Strong understanding of aviation training standards and higher education regulations.
- Excellent leadership, planning, and organisational skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with students, faculty, and industry partners.
- Experience in curriculum management or academic administration is an added advantage.
