Central Singapore THE ARCHITECTS CIRCLE PTE. LTD. Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Job Description:-

Project management and day-to-day operations to achieve the objectives :

(i) to deliver the upgrading works, phases and overall project within the period specified or approved and within the budget allotted;

(ii) to deliver the quality specified and required (iii) to ensure the works are carried out safely and with minimum inconvenience to the residents.

Requirements

(i) Possess an Architectural, Civil / Structural / Electrical / Mechanical / Environmental Engineering, Building Science, Project Management, Construction Management or other construction and engineering related degree;

(ii) The degree shall be recognised either by the respective Professional Bodies in Singapore (Board of Architects or Professional Engineering Board) or BCA;

(iii) minimum of 5 years of relevant post-graduate working experience in the building construction industry, preferably in HDB projects or 3 years of relevant post-graduate project management experience;

(iv) Complete the following course:-

a) Construction Safety Course for Project Manager

b) Design for Safety Appreciation Course

c) Attend safety-related course(s)

d) Registered Earthworks Supervisor Course

e) Earth Control Measures for Construction Site Personnel

The above certificates can obtain it within 6 months upon employment.
