Senior ICT Engineer

Working Hours: 8:30am – 5:45pm

Location: Paya Lebar

Salary: $5,000 – $6,500

Role Overview

The Senior ICT Engineer will manage and support the organisation's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining high standards of information security. The role combines hands-on technical support with strategic oversight of IT audits, compliance, and risk management across multiple offices and regional operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely IT support to all users, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot computers, laptops, servers, printers, firewalls, and network systems.
  • Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems at main office and project sites.
  • Ensure data backups are performed accurately and securely.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Manage company communications systems, workstations, and servers.
  • Plan and execute regular IT audits for company branches across the region.
  • Develop audit plans based on risk assessments and align with organisational objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001), regulatory requirements, and security policies.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports with actionable recommendations for system and process improvements.
  • Monitor adherence to internal policies, procedures, and ISO benchmarks.
  • Identify potential vulnerabilities through risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT audit or compliance
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, ISO standards, and compliance frameworks.
