[What the role is]

You will play a key role in shaping the future of our AI infrastructure, ensuring we can bring cutting-edge AI/GenAI products to market efficiently, reliably and operate sustainably. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust platforms that accelerate the development, testing, and deployment of our AI/GenAI products. This role requires a blend of expertise in software engineering, data science, and DevSecOps, with a strong focus on creating scalable and efficient solutions that enable our AI/GenAI teams to innovate faster.

[What you will be working on]

  • Design and Architect AI/GenAI Platforms: Lead the design and development of end-to-end platforms and tools to streamline the entire AI/GenAI product lifecycle, from data ingestion and model training to deployment and monitoring.

  • Develop Core Infrastructure: Build and maintain the foundational infrastructure, including data pipelines, model registries, feature stores, and MLOps frameworks.

  • Automate Workflows: Implement automation for key processes such as CI/CD for Ai/GenAI and machine learning models, automated model validation, as well as A/B testing frameworks.

  • Optimize Performance: Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to optimize model performance, resource utilization, and inference latency.

  • Ensure Scalability and Reliability: Ensure the AI/GenAI platforms are highly scalable, reliable, and secure, capable of handling large datasets, high-traffic model serving and can be maintained sustainably.

  • Provide Technical Guidance: Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to AI/GenAI teams on best practices for platform usage, model deployment, and performance optimization.

  • Stay Current: Keep up with the latest advancements in AI/GenAI, machine learning, and cloud technologies to continuously improve our platform capabilities.

[What we are looking for]

  • At least 6-8 years of relevant experience in AI/GenAI, data science, or analytics, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

  • Strong experience in software development, with a focus on building data or AI/GenAI-related platforms as well as advanced programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI/ML libraries (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch).

  • Good experience with MLOps practices and tools.

  • Strong understanding of AI/GenAI models, machine learning, and deep learning techniques, including LLMs.

  • Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and data warehousing solutions.

  • Knowledge of distributed systems and microservices architecture.

  • Experience working within secure hybrid IT environments is a plus, particularly on-premise and GCC, with a strong grasp of cybersecurity and IM8 compliance requirements.

  • Hands-on experience in deploying AI/GenAI applications in enterprise or government settings is a plus, ensuring security, scalability, and compliance.

  • A degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Economics, Finance, or a related field. 

  • Certifications in AI, data analytics, or cloud computing (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning, Microsoft Azure AI Engineer, Google Professional Data Engineer) will be considered an asset.

  • Experience working with regulatory or government agencies is a plus.
