What You'll Be Doing

  • Perform regular bookkeeping, accounting, taxation, GST, and payroll services for external clients — including preparing full sets of accounts, bank reconciliations, and audit schedules — or provide related consultancy.
  • Prepare clients' unaudited financial statements in compliance with Financial Reporting Standards (FRSs).
  • Help streamline clients' cash flow monitoring and financial processes.
  • Provide consultancy on internal processes and back-office software solutions.
  • Review the work of junior consultants to ensure accuracy and reasonableness.
  • Conduct MYOB and other back-office software training sessions and offer IT consultancy to clients.
  • Manage internal and clients' statutory deadlines.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a professional accounting qualification such as ACCA.
  • Strong integrity, accountability, and commitment to sound governance practices.
  • Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, MYOB, or Xero.
  • Highly organized, able to multitask, and a strong team player.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.
