Scope of Work / Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review quotations for ACMV-related works and services.
  • Conduct price enquiries and liaise with vendors or suppliers for competitive sourcing.
  • Manage the Big Book / Purchase Order (PO) process — including verification, submission, and tracking.
  • Handle service report distribution and ensure proper filing and traceability.
  • Review, compile, and submit test reports for ACMV system performance and maintenance activities.
  • Manage contract renewals, amendments, and extensions in coordination with the procurement and admin teams.
  • Maintain and update all records and databases, including SLH records, ASM (defect list, master list), RWS, and Ad-hoc maintenance logs.
  • Oversee project documentation, including drawings, progress updates, and completion reports.

    Coordinate closely with the admin team for scheduling, reporting, and logistical matters.
  • Plan and manage the daily work schedule, ensuring tasks are prioritised efficiently and completed on time.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in ACMV (Air-Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation) or related M&E field
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
  • Strong focus on quality, speed, and accuracy in work deliverables
  • A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Possesses a strong sense of urgency and responsibility
  • Tech-savvy – proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and/or maintenance management systems
  • Willingness to learn and continuously improve
  • Demonstrates initiative, independence, and sensitivity to operational needs
