QA Techncian

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or Manufacturing
• Minimum 3 -5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Skills in Quality Control, Inspection Engineering or manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Manage in-process outgoing quality, ensure on time completion
• Perform outgoing quality inspection activities for compliance to customer requirements. Ensure that the shipment will not be delayed.
• Verify goods after rework for compliance to customer requirements.
• Verify that the manufacturing process is complied with the work instruction.
• Verify control runs, evaluation results and engineering change order.
• Monitor defects at in-process & outgoing to ensure no recurrence.
• Maintain and update all outgoing quality records for verification purposes.
• Inspect customer return part to confirm any abnormality, upon receipt.
• Perform final test audit, if stated in the procedure.
• Maintain good 5S housekeeping at the QA workstation.
• Identify and feedback areas of improvement to superior.
• Verify and perform inspection of purged finished goods.
• Compile regular outgoing reports for superior.
• Any ad-hoc task assigned by the superior or manager.
