We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team As a Barista, you'll be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming cafe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Beverage Preparation:

  2. Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks, including espresso, lattes, and cappuccinos.

  3. Maintain knowledge of coffee drinks, ingredients, and preparation methods.

  4. Customer Service:

  5. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

  6. Engage with customers, answer questions, and make recommendations.

  7. Cafe Operations:

  8. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, equipment, and surrounding areas.

  9. Restock supplies, manage inventory, and perform daily tasks as assigned.

  10. Teamwork:

  11. Work collaboratively with other baristas, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.

  12. Support colleagues during busy periods and contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred, but not required.

  2. Skills:

  3. Strong knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation.

  4. Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

  6. Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions.

  7. Qualifications:

  8. No specific qualifications required, but certification in coffee preparation or a related field is an advantage.
