The Role

As a Brand Marketing Executive / Senior Executive , you'll play a key role in shaping how our brands are seen, experienced, and loved. You'll plan and execute marketing initiatives that span brand storytelling, content creation, campaign management, and community engagement — all with the aim of growing brand visibility, engagement, and impact. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams and have the opportunity to make a real difference in how our diverse education brands show up in the market.

A Day in the Life at MS

• Brand storytelling & identity : Shape and amplify our brand identities across platforms.
• Integrated campaigns and activations : Execute compelling brand-led campaigns to stay top-of-mind.
• Community building and engagement : Plan initiatives that build loyalty and brand love.
• Content & Social Media : Manage content calendars and drive meaningful engagement.
• Email and messaging marketing : Craft compelling messages for key audiences.
• Performance & analytics : Track what's working and iterate fast based on data.
• Market Research : Stay on top of trends, competitor activity and audience needs.
• Collaboration : Work cross-functionally with curriculum, business, and creative teams.

What You Bring to the Table

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in brand, marketing, events, or communications.
• A degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• A strong eye for storytelling, content, and campaign execution.
• Familiarity with digital and social platforms.
• Creative flair paired with analytical thinking — data-informed but imaginative.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
