Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Executive to provide accurate and timely finance operations support across accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, tax filings, audit support, payment processing, and system implementations (Xero, SAP, Zoho). The role ensures strong financial controls, compliance, and excellent stakeholder service.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance Operations
- Process AP/AR transactions, validate invoices, reconcile SOAs, and manage collections.
- Prepare funding requests, ensure sufficient liquidity, and support treasury operations.
- Assist with payroll, employee/consultant reimbursements, and credit card management.
- Support system implementations, integrations, and testing (Xero, SAP, Zoho).
- Prepare schedules and supporting documentation for audits, tax filings, and corporate reporting.
- Maintain contract registers, track expiries/renewals, and ensure compliance with policies.
- Handle ad-hoc finance tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, ideally multi-entity/full set and audit-exposed.
- Hands-on experience with Xero and SAP; exposure to Zoho is a plus.
- Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivots), attention to detail, and proficiency in reconciliations and document control.
Additional Requirements:
- Accounting operations: AP/AR, bank reconciliations, SOA management, vendor/employee claims.
- Systems: Knowledge of Xero, SAP, Zoho.
- Compliance & Tax: Familiarity with GST, corporate tax schedules, and audit support.
- Treasury Support: Payment runs, funding requests, and FX application.
Controls & Documentation: Accurate invoice validation, reconciliation, and audit trails.
Detail-oriented and accurate with high-volume processes.
- Reliable and accountable, meeting deadlines consistently.
- Strong stakeholder service, collaborating effectively across teams and entities.
- Maintains integrity and confidentiality.
- Adaptable to urgent requests and ad-hoc priorities.
